Mark finds it interesting that in all projects there is a commonality related to the planning, engineering, and project management. ENGINEERING is the use of knowledge and experience to find suitable solutions to problems and create an appropriate design. Knowing which of the many available concepts fit the current situation is the sign of an experienced engineer.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT is the discipline of organizing and managing resources in such a way that these resources deliver a project within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
